A man took his wife to a Michelin-starred restaurant in Italy for their wedding anniversary. You may know that some high-end restaurants only have prices on the menus they give to the gentlemen. On this particular occasion the wife, after perusing her menu without prices on it, ordered as a starter 'the special' - asparagus with caviar. The husband looked at his menu, which of course did have prices on it, and laughed rather nervously as he could see that the starter ordered by his wife was going to cost him 240 euros - but by then she had placed her order and it was too late for him to encourage a more modest option!
