A couple whose marriage wasn't going too well were driving down a country lane not saying a word to each other. They had had an argument earlier and things were going from bad to worse. As they passed a farmyard full of donkeys, goats and pigs the husband asked sarcastically "Relatives of yours are they?" "Yes" replied the wife "in-laws."
